We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. For best results, use STL format exported at high resolution. Maximum file size is 100MB.
Our build envelope is 250 × 220 × 270 mm (X × Y × Z). Parts larger than this can be split and bonded upon request.
Standard FDM tolerance is ±0.5% or ±0.3 mm, whichever is greater. Critical dimensions can be specified during quoting.
Layer heights from 0.12 mm (fine) to 0.30 mm (draft). Our standard is 0.20 mm for a balance of detail and speed. Higher resolution takes longer but produces smoother surfaces.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from quote approval. Expedited 48-hour service is available for an additional fee.
Yes. Once your quote is approved and manufacturing begins, you will receive email updates at each stage: printing, post-processing, quality check, and shipping.
We ship across the United States with full tracking. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a custom quote.
Parts are individually wrapped in protective material and shipped in rigid packaging to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or delicate features receive additional support material.
